Short version: no cookies, no tracking, no analytics. Your details are only used if you contact me.
1. Who is responsible

2. When you open this website
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM in Germany. To deliver the pages and protect them against attacks, the server necessarily processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, date and time of access in log files, which are deleted after a short period. Security software on this server uses your IP address to detect and block attacks. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure and reliable operation).
3. No cookies, no tracking, local fonts
This website sets no cookies for visitors and uses no analytics or advertising services. Fonts, images and sound are served from this website, not from external services. Instagram and WhatsApp are plain links. The Google Maps map on the start page only loads after you click “Load map”: only then is your IP address sent to Google (Google Ireland Ltd.), which may also set cookies. Legal basis: your consent given by that click (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
4. Booking inquiry form
If you send the booking inquiry form, your email address, name, phone number (optional) and message are sent to me by email and used only to answer your inquiry and to arrange your stay. To arrange your stay on site, I pass the necessary details to my local concierge. I delete your inquiry when it is no longer needed, unless the law requires me to keep it. To protect the form against spam, a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address is stored for one hour. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (spam protection).
5. Contact by email or WhatsApp
If you write to me, I use your message and contact details only to answer you. The WhatsApp link is a plain link: nothing is sent to WhatsApp until you tap it; from then on WhatsApp's (Meta's) privacy policy applies. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
6. Links
Links to Google Maps, Instagram, WhatsApp and mine-wirth.com open other websites, which have their own privacy information. Nothing is transmitted to them before you click.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the CNIL in France (cnil.fr) or the authority where you live.
